William joined SBM Legal as a Senior Solicitor in January 2020 having previously worked for a specialist employment law barrister and a top tier firm. He is a keen and committed legal representative who frequently represents clients at mediation and takes a pragmatic approach to resolving employment relationship problems. 

William is experienced in advising both employers and employees in relation to all areas of employment law including personal grievances, investigations, disciplinary procedures, performance management, restructures, negotiated exits and taking claims through the ERA and Employment Court. He also has a detailed understanding of the wide range of employment law related legislation and their most recent developments. William provides high quality and commercially practical legal advice and builds good relationships with clients.
