Sébastien is an experienced intellectual property commercialisation and litigation lawyer, having worked at James & Wells for 8 years.  He previously worked at Huawei in Paris as a Legal and Commercial Manager. His in-house experience gives Sébastien an insight to provide commercially focussed legal advice to his clients.

 Specialising in dispute resolution, Sébastien regularly acts in matters concerning trade marks, patents, copyright, confidential information and contracts in the Intellectual Property Offices and Courts of New Zealand and Australia.

 His experience also includes helping clients draft, review and negotiate various IP agreements, from licensing to research and development and commercialisation of technology.
