Natalie Bryant is General Counsel at Sharesies. Her career to date has been in-house at leading global banking and financial institutions. Natalie has a specialist background in trading platforms, technology law, and managing legal risk for regulated financial services companies. Natalie was the first person employed by Sharesies and has been with the company since 2017. During this time, she has grown the legal team to now include four lawyers based in New Zealand and virtual legal support in Australia. The team, under Natalie’s supervision has developed a flexible and unique legal services model to suit Sharesies’ specific needs as a fast-moving FinTech. Within this dynamic model, Natalie is creating a platform for lawyers within the team to stretch, grow, and shine.
