Mike has spent 15 years as an in‑house legal counsel in New Zealand and overseas, working with technology businesses or within industries undergoing a digital reinvention. He is a commercial lawyer at heart, with an interest in transformation strategy, technology optimisation, and data‑driven decision making. Mike is currently General Counsel at Harmoney, a leading online lender that successfully listed on the ASX / NZX in 2020.
