Joanna Khoo is a corporate and commercial lawyer who specialises in financial services. 

As the Head of Legal and Regulatory at Chubb Insurance New Zealand, she partners with the business to achieve strategic goals and navigate the complex and changing regulatory environment facing the insurance industry.  In her role as Company Secretary she works with the Board to drive best practice in corporate governance and to set the tone from the top.  Prior to Chubb, Joanna was a special counsel at a large private practice firm.  Joanna was recently recognised as a rising star by NZ Lawyer and a next generation lawyer in The Legal 500.
