Jenn is the General Counsel & Company Secretary at Air New Zealand. She is responsible for Corporate Advisory Services, encompassing legal, privacy, risk, insurance, and Company Secretariat. She is part of the Airline Leadership Team and a champion of the internal Women’s network.

Prior to Air New Zealand Jenn was with Goldman Sachs New Zealand, as Executive Director and Senior Counsel advising on transactional and regulatory matters to the Investment Banking Division, along with the trading desk in Australia and Private Equity.

Jenn has worked at Citigroup in London as Deputy General Counsel, holding a variety of legal and regulatory roles, and at ANZ Banking Group. She started her legal career at Buddle Findlay in Wellington and then Linklaters in London.

Jenn is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors and holds an LLB and a BA in Political Science from Otago University.
