Hayley is the lawyer for the Board and executive of Bank of New Zealand, leads a large team of in-house lawyers, manages the privacy and data ethics functions of the bank, is a Director of the KiwiSaver and Wealth businesses, and is on the BNZ Diversity and Inclusion Council. Hayley has recently completed immersive study at Harvard Business School, and is an experienced and engaging leader.
