Frances Blundell has been legal counsel for NZX and ASX listed Kathmandu Holdings Limited for the past 3 and ½ years, and in March 2020, took up the position of Company Secretary.  Kathmandu Holdings is a global outdoor, lifestyle and sports company, consisting of three iconic brands: Kathmandu, Rip Curl and Oboz footwear.

Prior to her role at Kathmandu, Frances spent over 12 years as a corporate advisory lawyer, including roles at Anthony Harper, and Bristows in London.
